As CEO and Founder Principal of American Family Legacy, LLC Group in 2009 and American Private Equity, LLC in 2012, Mr. Freddy Russian has led AFLG Holdings, Inc. (“AFLG”) to become a highly successful and trusted global firm. Mr. Russian has a proven executive management track record and experience guiding AFLG to become a powerful player globally. Mr. Russian began his career in 1991 as Head Currency Trader managing over a billion dollars in currencies. In addition, he has held distinct roles in Wall Street as Financial Analyst, Senior Rating Bond Analyst (Dow Jones), and as an Assistant Vice President of the Private Client Group (Bank of America/Merrill Lynch).
Mr. Russian has a BA in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 2016, he attended the Harvard Business School Executive Program in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout his career, Mr. Russian has numerous industry certifications and has been recognized with many awards, including the “Silver Spur” award, the “Director’s Club” award, and Finalist in the 2016 Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year Award.
Mr. Snibbe has served on several boards and led both private and public companies in a variety of industries. Since 1978, he has been an advisor and turnaround expert with Snibbe & Co, a boutique consultancy advising clients in both operational efficiency and capital structure. He has held various leadership positions for his clients. For the past four years Mr. Snibbe has served as a Director of Dixie Foods, a publicly traded food company, previously he held the position of Compensation Committee Director for New Wave Surgical, a medical device manufacturer. He also held the position of EVP Corporate Development for Panamanian based Atlasbanc Holdings Corp. Mr. Snibbe has served as President for eight years at JIT Components and Modor Technical Products for eight years.
Mr. Snibbe has served with Distinction as a Commissioned Officer with the US Navy Reserve. He holds a BA from Williams College and MBA from Columbia University.
Alan J. Rude
Mr. Rude is an Advisor of ALFG Investments Private Equity. He has over 30 years of senior level experience in securities sales and trading, corporate finance and entrepreneurial activities. Mr. Rude has held financial management positions at Celanese Corporation and American Home Products. He was a Senior Vice President of PaineWebber Inc., where he sold and traded money market instruments, U. S. Treasury and mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Rude developed the term repurchase agreement product, which is now the basic short-term investment vehicle for money market funds and governmental agencies. Mr. Rude’s corporate finance activities include developing business plans; sourcing start-up and second stage venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Rude received his BA in economics (with honors) from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from the Harvard Business School. He has been listed in Who’s Who in Finance and has taught courses as a professor in the New York University School of Continuing Education.
Mr. Dante de Azevedo brings more than thirty-eight years of executive experience in business management, market development, mergers and acquisitions, commercial area coordination, strategic planning, assembling of a budget, income statement analysis, and development of partnerships abroad. In 1978, Mr. de Azevedo served as Business Developer Manager in Engemaq Group (Brazil) and in 1996 he was responsible to merge Engemaq Group with Weatherford Inc. (USA) where he served as the Country Manager. At Weatherford Inc., he was responsible to develop the O&G Business in Brazil and leading all the administrative, commercial, and operational areas including acquisitions. Later in his career, Mr. de Azevedo was invited by the President of Lupatech Group (Brazil) to make a Business Development Plan to increase the O&G business. During Mr. de Azevedo's tenure at Lupatech, he was responsible to assemble two new plants and led five acquisitions for the companies he works for and search for complementary technologies overseas.
Mr. de Azevedo graduated in Business Administration and Economics in UNISINOS University (Brazil). His executive education continues with numerous training courses.
Mr. Cambareri is an Advisor of AFLG Investments Private Equity. Mr. Cambareri has over 25 years in the Financial Markets and worked primarily in the Institutional Money Brokering Firms. Mr. Cambareri excelled in his career in the following capacities: Management, Brokering, Marketing, Account Management & Maintenance, as well as Client Relationship Management. He has built, grown, and managed many financial teams and divisions from their inception to profitability. From 1984 to the present times, Mr. Cambareri has been associated with the following firms: Harlow Meyer Savage, Tullett & Tokyo Forex, Prebon Yamane, Bridge Information Systems, ICAP, IDX LLC, Enlances, and GFI Group.
Mr. Cambareri received an MBA in Finance from St. John's University, (1982).
Mr. Ford is an Advisor of ALFG Investments Private Equity. He specializes in delivering solutions to private and institutional investors. Mr. Ford has worked on a number of key deals including investment of $420 million in equities from corporate clients including ITT Industries, Nabisco, Verizon, and others. Mr. Ford maintains extensive relationships with pension plans, municipalities, and consulting firms throughout the US. Prior to joining AFLG, Mr. Ford was an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley where he focused on hedge fund strategies and REITS. He also worked at Sperry Van Ness and concentrated on multi-family residential properties and luxury hotel investment completing over $100 million in transactions. Mr. Ford began his career at Wells Fargo and served in the Institutional Trust Group working with clients of The Private Bank. While at Wells, he invested $2 billion in fixed-income securities for corporate clients in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Mr. Ford is an active advisor to Family Offices, Pension Plans, and HNW individuals.
Mr. Ford earned a BA from Santa Clara University and received an MBA from the Luiss School of Management in Rome while working for Enel S.p.A in the M&A practice.
Mr. Fernow is involved in origination and sourcing of potential portfolio targets for AFLG Investments Private Equity. He previously was Compliance Manager for the State of Oklahoma for AXA and has also served as a Financial Advisor. Prior to that, Mr. Fernow worked at Allstate as a Registered Representative and Agent and has also worked for Chase Bank as a Vice President of Investments.
Mr. Fernow holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Russian is Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at AFLG Investments. He is responsible for partnering with internal leadership teams and external advisers to develop investment theses and comprehensive inorganic/organic growth strategies in attractive core growth areas. Partnering with the internal and external teams he identifies, prioritize, and executes strategic transactions that fit the Company's M&A Strategies. Mr. Russian is a member of the NACVA, ACG, as well as many other prestigious groups in order to build relationships with advisors, financial sponsors, lenders, and management teams in target industries in order to generate deal flow of attractive and actionable opportunities.
Mr. Russian holds a B.A in Economics from Saint Leo University. Currently, he is attending the University of Florida School of Business to pursue his MBA.

Mr. Davila is responsible for determining strategy, direction and development for all marketing and information technology across the company. In addition he develops and deploys business intelligence solutions to provide real-time reporting and analysis to support operations and revenue generation. He collaborates across the subsidiaries to improve and enhance the capabilities of the firm and manage ad hoc projects for the management team. Mr. Davila has previously served as an IT System Administrator for Valmorca labs in Venezuela and IT support and Network Engineer for Verizon Wireless.
Mr. Davila earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of the Andes, Venezuela, and holds a MS in Telecommunications from Boston Metropolitan College as well as a MBA from IE Business School, Spain.

Mr. Colina is responsible for performing financial and valuation analysis to support the managing activities of AFLG Investments. Prior to joining AFLG Investments, he gained experience from different industries such as Health Care, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Industry, and Automotive Retail. As a team member of the Business Consulting Group of the Economics Research Institute of the University of Los Andes, he gave support to several investment decisions by analyzing historical performance and trends, and by forecasting financial variables. His areas of expertise include Income Statement & Balance Sheet Reporting and Analysis, Industry Analysis, Business Valuation, Forecasting and Budgeting, Economic Analysis of Capital Expenditures, and Operating Performance Measurement.
Mr. Colina holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Los Andes, Venezuela. He earned a M.A. in Financial Economics from Saint Louis University, and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Valladolid, Spain.
